James Martin served up a delicious rhubarb crumble cake with ginger cream on James Martin’s Saturday Morning.
The ingredients are: 200g butter, softened, 200g caster sugar, 4 eggs, 200g self raising flour, 8 sticks of rhubarb and 1 Orange.
For the crumble: 100g plain flour, ½ tsp ginger ground, 50g butter, diced and 50g Demerara sugar.
To serve: 300ml double cream whipped and 2 tbs ginger syrup.
