James Martin served up a delicious passion fruit delice with mango and a passion fruit mousse for a Mother’s Day treat on James Martin’s Saturday Morning.
The ingredients are: 1 Madeira cake thinly sliced, 750ml mango and passion fruit smoothie, Splash of Passion fruit liqueur, 600ml double cream and 10 sheets gelatine.
For the glaze: 300ml passion fruit juice and 3 sheets gelatine.
