Raymond Blanc Rosemary and Parmesan popcorn with rose petal martini recipe on Simply Raymond Blanc

Raymond Blanc served up delicious Rosemary and Parmesan popcorn with rose petal martinis on Simply Raymond Blanc.

The ingredients are: 250g Popping Corn, 100g Parmegiano-Reggiano cheese, 2 Rosemary Sprigs, 2 tbsp Sunflower Oil, 30g Unsalted Butter, melted, 1 pinch Cayenne Pepper and 2 pinches Sea Salt Flakes.

For the rose petal martinis: 80ml Gin, 80ml Cranberry Juice, 30ml Rose Water, 40ml Lemon Juice, 40ml Sugar Syrup and 2 red rose petals, to garnish.

For the sugar syrup: 100g caster sugar and 100ml water.
