Ainsley Harriott served up a tasty special salmon en croute with spinach, lemon and cream cheese on This Morning.

The ingredients are: Olive oil, for frying, 1 banana shallot, finely chopped, 1 clove of garlic, minced, 60g baby spinach leaves, washed, Good pinch of nutmeg, 100g cream cheese, Zest from 1 lemon, 1 tbsp chopped fresh tarragon, Plain flour, for dusting, 1 x 500g block of puff pastry, 4 x 175g salmon fillets, skinned and boned (each 2.5cm thick), 1 egg, beaten, Sea salt and freshly ground black pepper.
