Mary Berry visits maker Flo Broughton in her chocolate factory to learn some of the tricks of her trade making chocolate cupcakes and other chocolate treats using moulds.

Flo founded chocolate-maker Choconchoc with her father 11 years ago, specialising in high-quality sculptural chocolates using moulds made by her farther.
