Ainsley Harriott bubble patties recipe on Ainsley’s Festive Food We Love

Ainsley Harriott served up tasty bubble patties for Christmas on Ainsley’s Festive Food We Love.

The ingredients are: 250g leftover roast potatoes, mashed, 250g leftover vegetables(parsnips, carrots, swede,cabbage sprouts), chopped, 57g cooked chestnuts, roughly chopped, 1/2 red onion – diced, 75g leftover stuffing(optional), 1 tsp chopped fresh thyme leaves, 1 tbsp chopped frsh parsley, sea salt and black pepper, a glug of olive oil, 15g butter and 4 eggs.

To serve: handful of watercress, chilli sauce(sriracha) or chilli flakes.
