John Torode and Lisa Faulkner served up posh tasty crab cocktails with pickled cucumber salad for Christmas on John and Lisa’s Weekend Kitchen.
The ingredients are: 100g watercress, 2 little gem lettuce, 2 endive lettuce, 2 small dressed crabs, A good handful parsley, chopped, A good handful of coriander, chopped, 2 small red chillies, finely diced, seeds removed, 1/2 cucumber, peeled into ribbons, 2 limes, juiced, A few splashes of tabasco, A good amount of Worcestershire sauce, A few good dollops of mayonnaise, A good squeeze of wasabi paste, Salt and pepper.
