Nigella Lawson served up two tasty steamed roast ducks with red cabbage, onions and cranberries for the festive season on Saturday Kitchen.
The ingredients fro the cabbage: 1 small head of red cabbage (900g), sliced, 1 large (approx 200g) red onion, peeled and sliced into thin half-moons, 2 tbsp soft dark brown sugar, 2 tsp ground cinnamon, ¼ tsp ground cloves, 150g dried cranberries, 250g fresh or frozen cranberries, 4 tsp sea salt flakes and 750ml apple juice from a carton.
