John Torode and Lisa Faulkner served up delicious Christmas pudding bon bons with brandy cream on John and Lisa’s Weekend Kitchen.

The ingredients are: 1 pack filo pastry, 300g Christmas pudding, 2 tbsp cranberry sauce, 2 tbsp cherry syrup leftover from a tin, or brandy, 100g butter, melted and Brandy cream, to serve.
