Lisa Faulkner served up a tasty Christmas rolled stuffed turkey breast with sage and onion stuffing, roast potatoes, leeks and sprouts on today’s episode of Lorraine.
The ingredients stuffing are: 85g packet of sage and onion stuffing mix, Splash of olive oil , 1 onion, chopped, 90g bacon lardons, 1 green apple, peeled and grated, 60g vacuum packed chestnuts, chopped and Salt and ground black pepper.
For the turkey: 1 skinless, boneless turkey breast approx. 1.7-2kg, Olive oil for drizzling and 10-12 rashers of streaky bacon.
To garnish (optional): Crispy sage and a handful of redcurrants and large sheet of tin foil.
