James Martin Cream and Berries with Heather Honey Meringue roulade

James Martin serves up a quick and delicious looking meringue on today’s episode of James Martin’s Food Map of Britain.

The master chef returned to Yorkshire – his place of birth – to use some of the county’s finest ingredients to make his cream and berries with heather honey meringue roulade.

James says: “Rolling a roulade can be tricky but, have no fear, a generous dusting of icing sugar will cover up any imperfections.”
