James Martin served up tasty Christmas sage and onion stuffing and gravy (a restaurant gravy and his mother’s gravy) served with Yorkshire pudding on This Morning.
The ingredients for the Yorkshire pudding are: 8 eggs, 8oz plain flour, 1 pint milk and 100g beef dripping.
For the toad in the Hole: 6 slices of streaky bacon and 6 large sausages.
For mother’s gravy : 1 onion, sliced, 1 tsp veg oil, 3 tbsp Bisto gravy granules, Water to mix, 1 tbsp Marmite and 1 tbsp Bovril.
For the restaurant gravy: 1 onion sliced, 1 tsp veg oil, 100ml red wine, 200ml beef jus and Knob of butter.
