Chef Mark Parkinson showed Mary Berry how he makes one of his tasty treats in his Yorkshire pub using the humble Yorkshire pudding as a dessert.

The pub is renowned for its’ various use of the pudding not just as an accompaniment to roast beef, but also as a starter and as a desert.

Mark’s rhubarb and custard Yorkshire pudding recipe has proved a big hit with the locals over the years and after helping to prepare one herself, the queen of baking Mary Berry gave the pudding a big thumbs up.
