John Torode and Lisa Faulkner served up tasty egg, sausage and cheese breakfast muffins on John and Lisa’s Weekend Kitchen.
The ingredients are: ½ tsp dried sage, ½ tsp dried thyme, ½ tsp onion salt, ½ tsp garlic salt, White pepper, 2-3 tsp of water for the sausagemeat, plus an extra splash for the eggs, 200 g pork sausage meat, or a couple of sausages, skins removed, 50mls vegetable oil, 2 eggs, 4 slices of processed cheese and 2 English muffins.
To serve: Hash browns and Tomato sauce.
