John Whaite served up a delicious chocolate fudge cake with cream tomato soup as a secret ingredient on Steph’s Packed Lunch.
The ingredients for the frosting are: 150g hot water, 240g dark brown muscovado sugar, 150g cocoa powder and 120g unsalted butter.
For the cake batter: 400g dark brown muscovado sugar, 80 cocoa powder, 320g self-raising flour, 120g sunflower oil, 240g hot water, 220g Campbell’s condensed cream of tomato soup and 4 large eggs.
