Simon Rimmer served up tasty pork belly with paprika potatoes on Sunday Brunch.

The ingredients are: 1 lemon, 1.5kg pork belly, skin scored all over and 30g sea salt,

For the potatoes: 1 kg new potatoes, cut into wedges, 750ml milk, 4 cloves sliced garlic, 4 bay leaves, and 1 tbsp smoked paprika.

To serve: buttered kale or cabbage.
