Amanda Owen wild mushroom soup with cream, Madeira, toasted hazelnuts and wood sorrel recipe on This Morning

Amanda Owen (The Yorkshire Shepherdess), served up a tasty mushroom feast with a wild mushroom soup with cream, Madeira, toasted hazelnuts and wood sorrel on This Morning.

The ingredients are: 2 tbsp rapeseed oil, 1 medium onion, finely chopped, 1 large clove garlic, crushed or grated, 450g wild mushrooms, roughly chopped, 50ml Madeira or sweet sherry, A few sprigs of thyme, 850ml hot vegetable stock and 200ml double cream.

To Garnish: A handful of wild mushrooms, 25g chopped toasted hazelnuts and Small bunch wood sorrel.
