John Whaite served up a tasty spooky stew with milk, red wine and eyeball dumplings recipe on Steph’s Packed Lunch.
The ingredients are: 1 tbsp sunflower oil, 1 large onion, diced, 1 small leek, chopped, 2 carrots, medium dice, 2 celery sticks, finely diced, 2 tbsp tomato puree, 1 bay leaf, 2 star anise flowers, 400g red wine, 400g whole milk, 750g beef shin, trimmed and diced, 20g basil, roughly chopped, fine salt and coarse black pepper.
