James Martin served up delicious chocolate delice with extra virgin olive oil, blackberries, blackcurrant sorbet and edible flowers on James Martin’s Saturday Morning.

The ingredients are: 100g dark chocolate, 150 ml double cream and 1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil.

To finish: Blackcurrant sorbet, Edible flowers, Mint leaves, Blackberry puree, Dried blackberry dust and a few fresh blackberries.
