Aldo Zilli served up a tasty VIP pizza Romana with truffle paste on Ainsley’s Food We Love.
The ingredients fro the base are: 300g flour, 1 tsp instant yeast(from a sachet or a tub), 1 tsp salt, 1 tbsp olive oil, plus extra for drizzling, 200ml warm water.
For the topping: 30g Gorgonzola picante, 1 tsp truffle paste, 2 caramelised red onion, 20g mozzarella cheese(grated).
To finish: handful of rocket leaves(optional), truffle shavings to taste, juice of half a lemon, olive oil, salt and pepper to taste.
