Candice Brown rocky road cookies recipe on Ainsley’s Food We Love

Candice Brown served up delicious rocky road cookies with marshmallows on Ainsley’s Food We Love.

The ingredients are: 125g unsalted butter, softened, 200g light soft brown sugar, 1 large egg, 160g plain flour, 25g cocoa powder, 1/2 tsp baking powder, pinch of salt, 75g dried cranberries, 75g pecans, 5-7 oreos, 50g mini marshmallows, 100g white chocolate and 100g Cadbury eclairs or Werthers toffees.
