A Pembrokeshire seafood dish with clams and mussels in creamy sauce is cooked and served outdoors by James Martin on today’s James Martin’s Food Map of Britain.
The Saturday Kitchen host only used freshly sourced seafood from the shores of Pembrokeshire in his recipe.
James says about his dish: “Clams and mussels are served in a creamy sauce topped with seaweed – one to try after a seaside foraging trip.”
