Ainsley Harriott Queen of puddings with raspberry jam recipe on Ainsley’s Food We Love

Ainsley Harriott served up a delicious Queen of puddings with raspberry jam and fresh raspberries on Ainsley’s Food We Love.

The ingredients are: 3 tbsp raspberry jam, 200g fresh raspberries, 4 eggs, 500ml milk, 100ml cream, 100g fresh white breadcrumbs, zest of a orange and 75g golden caster sugar.
