Phil Vickery jammie dodgers with raspberry jam recipe on This Morning

Phil Vickery served up delicious homemade jammie dodger biscuits with seedless raspberry jam and buttercream on This Morning.

The ingredients are: 175g salted butter, Pinch of salt, 100g castor sugar, 1 medium egg yolk and 260g plain flour.

For the jam filling: 170g seedless raspberry jam and 4 gelatine sheets (about 7g), soaked in cold water.

For the buttercream (optional): 150g icing sugar, 100g salted butter and ½ tsp vanilla extract.
