John Torode beer can roast chicken with saffron potatoes recipe on John and Lisa’s Weekend Kitchen

John Torode and Lisa Faulkner served up tasty Spanish style beer can roast chicken with saffron potatoes on John and Lisa’s Weekend Kitchen.

The ingredients are: 1 large chicken, 1 can of beer, 1 kg potatoes, halved, A good pinch of saffron and Small bunch of parsley, chopped.

For the seasoning mix: 100g ginger, roughly chopped and smashed, 3 clove garlic, smashed, skin on, 1 tbsp paprika, 1 tbsp marjoram, 1 tsp salt and 1 tsp sugar.

For the rub: Olive oil and Salt.
