Lisa Faulkner and John Torode served up delicious ice cream sandwiches with chocolate chip cookies on John and Lisa’s Weekend Kitchen.
The ingredients are: 275 plain flour, 150 icing sugar, 225 cold cubed butter, 1 egg yolk, Pinch salt, Handful of choc chips and Vanilla Ice Cream.
