Asma Khan Mattar Pulao rice, peas and onions recipe on Sunday Brunch

Asma Khan served up a tasty mattar pulao with rice, peas and onions on Sunday Brunch.

The ingredients are: 300g basmati rice, 3 tbsp vegetable oil, 2 whole cardamom pods, 1 piece cassia bark – 2.5 cm long, 2 whole cloves, 1 large Indian bay leaf, 1 small-medium white onion, 1 heaped tsp salt and 100g frozen peas, defrosted
