Lisa Faulkner and John Torode served up tasty cheese and sweet potatoes slices with dijon mustard, cheese, onions and a spicy tomato sauce on John and Lisa’s Weekend Kitchen.
The ingredients are: 1 onion, sliced, 1 medium sweet potato, peeled and diced, 2 ready-rolled puff pastry, 120g cheddar, 50ml double cream, 1 tsp dijon mustard, Cheddar, 1 egg, beaten, Salt and pepper, 150g tomato ketchup and a few shakes of tabasco sauce.
