Jamie Oliver served up tasty pan seared calves liver with smoked bacon, onions, red wine vinegar sage and toasted sourdough bread on Jamie’s Quick and Easy Food.

The ingredients are: ½ a red onion, 2 sprigs of fresh sage, 1 slice of sourdough bread , (50g), 1 rasher of smoked higher-welfare streaky bacon and 125 g slice of higher-welfare calves’ liver.
