Clodagh Mckenna picnic tart recipe on This Morning

Clodagh Mckenna served up the perfect picnic tart with feta and Parmesan cheese on This Morning.

The ingredients are: 2 tbsp olive oil, 1 leek, sliced, 2 cloves of garlic, crushed, 200g spinach, 100g broad beans, 80g fresh peas, 2 eggs, 200ml double cream, 80g parmesan cheese, grated, sea salt and freshly ground black pepper, 1 tbsp fresh mint, chopped, 100g crumbled feta cheese (or ricotta), 50g / 3 tbsp butter, melted and 4 sheets of filo pastry.
