Lisa Faulkner Arctic roll with raspberry jam recipe on John and Lisa’s Weekend Kitchen

Lisa Faulkner and John Torode served up a delicious Arctic roll with an American sponge and raspberry jam on John and Lisa’s Weekend Kitchen.

The ingredients are: 4 eggs, 100g caster sugar, 100g plain flour, 1 block of vanilla ice cream and 8 tbsp raspberry jam (use more or less to taste).
