Simon Rimmer Strawberry Custard Tart recipe on Sunday Brunch

Simon Rimmer served up a delicious strawberry custard tart  on Sunday Brunch.

The ingredients are: 350g plain flour, 125g sugar, 160g butter, cubed (unsalted),and 3 egg yolks.

For the filling: 450ml whole milk, 1 tsp of vanilla bean paste, 6 egg yolks, 100g sugar, 30g of flour and zest of half a lemon.

For the topping: 500g of sliced strawberries and 75g of strawberry jam (that has been let down with about 25ml of hot water to make a sauce).
