Clodagh McKenna IKEA meatballs with ricotta cheese and cream sauce recipe on This Morning

Clodagh McKenna, Philip and Holly served up tasty IKEA meatballs with ricotta cheese, cream sauce, Lingonberry jam and mash potatoes on This Morning.

The ingredients are: 300g ground beef, 300g ground pork, 100g ricotta, 1 onion, diced, 2 cloves of garlic, crushed, 100g breadcrumbs, 1 egg, beaten, 2 tbsp olive oil and sea salt and freshly ground black pepper.

For the Swedish cream sauce: 40g butter, 40g plain flour, 300ml beef stock, 150ml double cream, 2 teaspoons soy sauce and 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard.
