Ainsley Harriott flipping fantastic pancakes with banana, toasted pecan nuts and salted caramel sauce on This Morning.
The ingredients are: 100g plain flour, Pinch of salt, 1 tsp of caster sugar, 2 eggs, beaten, 300ml whole milk and 30g melted butter or 1tbsp sunflower oil, plus extra for frying.
For the sauce, banana and pecans: 200g granulated sugar, 85g butter, ½ tsp sea salt flakes, 125ml single cream, 2 bananas, peeled and sliced and Handful of toasted pecans, roughly chopped.
