Lisa Faulkner returned to the ITV This Morning kitchen to make pancakes for Lent.
Phillip and Holly were on hand as always to help the chef prepare sweet and savoury pancakes before getting involved in a battle of the sexes pancake flipping contest that the boys team eventually won.
Lisa used a spicy spinach filling for her savoury pancake with the following ingredients:
200g baby spinach, 1 onion chopped finely, 1 inch ginger, 1 large tomato, 1 clove garlic, ½-1 red chilli deseeded, 1tsp ground coriander, 1 tsp ground cumin, 1 tsp coriander seeds, 1 tsp fennel seeds, handful chopped coriander, 2 tbsp cottage cheese, salt and pepper.
For her sweet filling she used berry compote with mascarpone: 400g frozen berries, 1 vanilla pod split and seeds scraped, 2 tbsp caster sugar, 1 tbsp water.
