Simon Rimmer served up a delicious golden syrup and custard loaf cake on Sunday Brunch.
The ingredients for the custard are: 2 ½ tbsp custard powder, 250ml milk, 75g golden syrup,
For the cake: 175ml butter, 50g sugar, 5g vanilla paste, 70ml golden syrup, 2 eggs, 225g flour and 125ml sour cream.
To serve: cream and fruit.
