Ainsley Harriott served up tasty posh cheese and toast with poached egg, spinach and tomato chutney on This Morning.

The ingredients are: 2 slices sourdough bread, Olive oil, 2 cloves garlic, minced, ½ bunch thyme, roughly chopped, 200g oyster mushrooms, chopped into bite sized pieces, Juice ½ lemon, 1 bunch spinach, roughly chopped, Pecorino cheese, shaved, Salt & freshly ground black pepper, 1 jar of tomato relish and Poached eggs, optional.
