Alex Hollywood served up a delicious white chocolate and cranberry brioche dessert for a alternative to a traditional Christmas pudding on Nadia’s Family Feasts.
The ingredients are: 3 large eggs, 400ml double cream, 200ml crème fraiche, A few drops of vanilla extract, 100ml milk, 1.5-2 tbsp caster sugar (please check if it needs more sweetness), 1 brioche loaf, 200g white chocolate buttons and 150g cranberries, frozen and slightly thawed.
