Gino D’Acampo sausage stew with garlic bread recipe on Gino’s Italian Express

Gino D’Acampo served up a tasty and speedy Italian sausage stew with beans and garlic bread on Gino’s Italian Express.

The ingredients are: 6 tablespoons olive oil, plus extra for brushing, 2 red onions, peeled and thinly sliced, 1 tablespoon chopped fresh rosemary, 1⁄2 teaspoon dried chilli flakes, 2 x 400g tins of borlotti beans, 2 x 400g tins of cannellini beans, 900g Italian sausages or good-quality pork sausages, cut into pieces 4cm long
400ml hot vegetable stock, 1 tablespoon tomato purée, 3 tablespoons chopped fresh at-leaf parsley, plus extra to garnish, 1 ciabatta loaf, cut diagonally into slices, 2cm thick, 1 large garlic glove, peeled and Salt.
