Juliet Sear served up delicious Parmesan and rosemary shortbreads on Beautiful Baking with Juliet Sear.
The ingredients are: 200g unsalted butter, at room temperature, 60ml extra virgin olive oil, 2 tsp finely chopped fresh rosemary, 2 tsp coarse sea salt, 350g plain flour, sifted, plus extra for rolling and 95g parmesan, finely grated.
