Lisa Faulkner served up tasty crispy roast potatoes with rosemary and semolina for the festive season on John and Lisa’s Weekend Kitchen.
The ingredients are: 1.4 kg potatoes e.g. Maris Piper, 5 tbsp olive oil, 2 cloves garlic, 2 sprigs rosemary, leaves removed, 2-3 tbsp semolina, Salt and pepper.
