John Torode served up a tasty and easy to make bread sauce with onions and cloves for the festive season on John and Lisa’s Weekend Kitchen.
The ingredients: 1 medium onion, 3 whole cloves, 6 whole black peppercorns, A small blade of mace, or pinch of nutmeg, Sea salt, 500ml milk, 120g fresh white breadcrumbs and 30g butter.
