James Martin Teriyaki Tuna with Ginger and Stir Fried Vegetables recipe on James Martin’s Saturday Morning

James Martin served up tasty Teriyaki Tuna with Ginger and Stir Fried Vegetables on James Martin’s Saturday Morning.

The ingredients are: 2 x 200g tuna loins, 25ml veg oil and Salt and pepper.

For the vegetables: 1 tsp veg oil, 1 clove garlic, peeled and minced, 1 large carrot, julienned, 1 large leek, julienned, 1 green Chilli siced, 5cm ginger peeled and julienned, 1 small bunch coriander chopped and 2 tbs redcurrant jelly.

For the sauce: 125ml shaoxing wine, 125ml mirin, 125ml soy sauce and 100g caster sugar.

To serve: a few white and black sesame seeds.
