John Torode served up a tasty chilli noodle broth with edamame beans, seaweed and fresh vegetables on This Morning.
The ingredients for the broth: 4 stalks of coriander, with root, 1 litre chicken stock, 2 lemongrass stalks, cut and bruised, optional, 8 thick slices of peeled ginger, good pinch of salt or miso or fish sauce, 1 chicken breast, finely chopped, 3 cloves garlic, grated, 3 small spring onions, finely chopped, 2 small hot chillies, finely chopped, 2 tbsp of soy sauce, 3 drops of sesame oil and Noodles of your choice.
Garnish with: Carrot, cut into julienne / shredded, sugar snap peas, halved, mange tout, edamame beans, coriander leaves, mooli / daikon radish, cut into julienne, sesame seeds, red chilli, chopped or sliced, bean sprouts and mixed sprouts, shredded bak choy or cabbage, spring onions, sliced and tofu, chopped.
To serve on the side: soy, seaweed sheets, extra chilli and spring onions
