John Torode and Lisa Faulkner served up tasty Minute Steak with Rostis and Broccoli Gratin on John and Lisa’s Weekend Kitchen.
The ingredients rostis: 1 kg floury potatoes e.g. Desiree/King Edwards, Maris Piper, grated, 1 white onion, grated, 70g butter, melted, plus extra for frying, Salt and pepper.
For the broccoli gratin: 1 head broccoli, broken into florets, stalks chopped, 400ml double cream, 100g Roquefort cheese, crumbled and Panko breadcrumbs for sprinkling.
For the minute steak: 4 x ½ cm (approximately) thickness minute steaks e.g. sirloin with a layer of fat, A good drizzle of olive oil, Salt and pepper.
