John Torode served up a comforting cheese souffle with three different types of cheese, cream and mustard on This Morning.
The ingredients are: Soft butter for greasing and A good handful of grated Parmesan cheese.
For the béchamel sauce: 75g butter, 60g flour, 450ml milk, 1 tsp fresh thyme leaves, Salt and pepper to taste, 3 large egg yolks, 5 large egg whites, About 125g soft cheese (Tunworth or similar), 5 tbsp grated Gruyere, 300 ml cream, 1 tsp Dijon Mustard and Soft butter for soufflé dishes.

I want to know what you have to do to make the delicious looking comforting cheese souffles that John Torode did on This Morning… I managed to Google the ingredients, but I missed how he made them….did anyone see this?
