Rachel Ama served up a tasty and healthy sticky crispy cauliflower with a spicy sauce on This Morning.
The ingredients are: 1 head of cauliflower, 120g plain flour (95g), 240ml plant-based milk, 1 tsp paprika, 1 tsp salt, 1 tsp garlic granules and ½ tsp pepper.
For the sauce: 2 cloves of garlic – finely chopped, 1 tbsp fresh ginger- grated, 1 tsp oil, 1 – 2 tbsp maple Syrup, 3 tbsp brown sugar, 3 tbsp soy sauce, 4 tbsp water, 1 tbsp tomato puree, 1 tbsp rice wine vinegar, 1 tsp chilli flakes and 1 tbsp cornstarch whisked with 1 tbsp water until smooth.
To garnish: 1 spring onion – finely sliced and 1 tsp sesame seeds.
