Veggie pasties with mushrooms and a apple and watercress salad recipe on Jamie’s Meat-Free Meals

Jamie Oliver served up tasty vegetarian pasties with mushrooms, swede and a apple and watercress salad on Jamie’s Meat-Free Meals.

The ingredients are: 500 g mixed mushrooms, 500 g strong flour , plus extra for dusting, 250 g unsalted butter , (cold), 200 g swede, 400 g potatoes, 1 onion, 1 pinch of dried rosemary and 1 large free-range egg.
