Gino D’Acampo mozzarella with bread and pesto recipe on This Morning

Gino D’Acampo served up tasty fried mozzarella carrozza with bread and basil pesto on This Morning.

The ingredients are: 2 x 150g balls mozzarella, 3 eggs, 2 tbsp full fat milk, ½ tsp freshly ground black pepper, 150g dried fine breadcrumbs, 100g plain flour, 8 long slices of fresh white bread from a large loaf, 8 tsp basil pesto, 600ml vegetable or sunflower oil and Fine salt.
