John Torode banoffee pie with dark chocolate and cream recipe on John and Lisa’s Weekend Kitchen

John Torode and Lisa Faulkner served up a delicious banoffee pie with dark chocolate and cream on John and Lisa’s Weekend Kitchen.

The ingredients for the base are: 12 digestive biscuits and 75 g salted butter (melted).

For the filling: 75g soft butter, 75 soft brown sugar and 1 large tin condensed milk.

For the top: 2 digestive biscuits, 3 bananas, Icing Sugar, 200m Cream, 1tsp Vanilla and Chocolate for decoration.
